Grievance Redressal
How to raise a complaint, what we will do and how long it takes.
1. Our commitment
If you are unhappy with our service, a payment or refund, the way we handled your personal data, or anything on this website, we want to know and to put it right. A grievance can be about a service, a refund, billing, privacy, or website content.
2. Grievance Officer
Grievance Officer, Zenvorix Studios
Email: support@zenvorix.in
WhatsApp: +91 82660 33988
Subject line: “Grievance”, or “Privacy Request” for data matters.
This officer also receives questions and requests about your personal data. Please use email for a written record. WhatsApp is fine for urgent follow-up.
3. How to submit a grievance
Please include your name, contact details, the service or project, any payment reference or date, what went wrong, and what you would like us to do. Attach screenshots or documents if helpful. Do not send passwords, OTPs or card details.
4. What happens next
- Acknowledgement within 48 hours, with a reference.
- Review by someone not directly involved in the work, where practical. We may ask you for more information.
- Response in writing explaining what we found and what we will do. We aim to do this within 30 days of receiving your grievance, and sooner for refunds, which are governed by the timelines in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. If the law gives a shorter time, we will meet it. If we need longer, we will tell you why and when to expect an answer.
These timelines are our commitment to you and follow the spirit of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, where they apply to us.
5. Requests about personal data
You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or to withdraw consent (see our Privacy Policy). Raise it the same way. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 expects a data principal to use the data fiduciary’s grievance process first, before complaining to the Data Protection Board of India. The provisions on those rights commence in stages, and the main ones are expected from about May 2027; we handle requests now in the same way.
6. If you are not satisfied
- Consumer complaints: National Consumer Helpline (1915 or consumerhelpline.gov.in), and the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission having jurisdiction under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which can be approached including through the e-Daakhil portal.
- Personal data complaints: the Data Protection Board of India, once the relevant provisions are in force and after you have used our process.
- Online fraud: National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) or helpline 1930.
You may use these options at any time where the law allows. Using our process does not limit your legal rights.
7. Records
We keep a record of each grievance and our response so that we can follow up and improve. These records are handled under our Privacy Policy.
This page explains our practices and your rights in plain language. It is not legal advice.
