Payment Policy
How payments, GST invoices, advances and milestones work, and how to pay safely.
1. Currency and payment methods
All prices and payments are in Indian Rupees (INR). We accept payment by the methods we confirm to you in writing for your project, such as UPI or bank transfer. The website itself does not take payments and does not collect card details. If we introduce an online payment gateway, we will update this policy and name the provider before you use it. Charges made by your bank or app for sending money, if any, are yours; we do not add any fee on top of the invoiced amount.
2. Prices, GST and invoices
Prices on the website are one-time starting package fees and show “GST extra where applicable”. Where GST applies, it is added to the price and shown separately in the quotation, invoice or payment request, with the rate and amount. We issue a tax invoice or receipt where the law requires one. The total you pay is the amount in your accepted quotation or invoice. Taxes charged by third parties (such as advertising platforms or domain registrars) are separate. If GST was charged and you receive a refund, the GST is refunded with it.
3. Advance and milestone payments
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we schedule work after the advance payment is received. The amount or percentage of the advance, and any later milestone and final payments, are stated in your quotation or invoice. Milestone payments are tied to the stages named in the scope. The 7-day full refund promise applies to each payment separately, including the advance.
4. Paying safely
- Confirm the payee name and details with us in writing before your first payment.
- We will not change payment details by a message from an unknown number or address. If you receive such a message, contact us on support@zenvorix.in before paying.
- We never ask for card numbers, PINs, CVVs, OTPs or passwords.
- Keep your payment confirmation (UTR or reference) and send it to us so that we can match the payment quickly.
If you think you have been defrauded online, report it to your bank and to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) or helpline 1930, and tell us.
5. When a payment counts as received
A payment is treated as received when it has been credited to our account and we have confirmed it. We confirm by email or WhatsApp. If your money has left your account but you did not get our confirmation, send your UTR or reference and a screenshot and we will check it.
6. Failed, pending, duplicate or wrong payments
- Failed payments: if money was debited but the payment failed, your bank normally reverses it; if it does not, give us the reference and we will help trace it.
- Duplicate or wrong amount: we refund the extra or incorrect amount in full, as stated in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Payments from a third party: tell us who paid so that we can issue the invoice and any refund correctly.
7. Overdue payments
If an agreed payment is overdue, we will remind you. We may pause work or hold final files until it is paid, after telling you. We do not charge late-payment interest or penalty unless it was agreed in writing before the payment fell due.
8. Tax deducted at source (TDS)
If the law requires you to deduct TDS from a payment, deduct only the amount required, pay the rest, and give us the TDS certificate so that we can claim credit.
9. Refunds
100% full refund within 7 calendar days of payment, with no deductions and no cancellation fee, on written request to support@zenvorix.in. We initiate approved refunds within 7 calendar days of the request, to the original payment source where possible. Bank crediting time may vary. Full terms are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. Payment disputes
If you think an invoice or charge is wrong, contact us before disputing it with your bank so that we can fix it quickly. Use Grievance Redressal if you want to escalate. Your rights under law and any dispute procedures of your bank or payment app are not limited.
