Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our 7-day, 100% full refund promise, and how cancellations after 7 days are handled.
1. Our 7-day full refund promise
If you pay Zenvorix Studios (“Zenvorix”) for any service and you ask for a refund within 7 calendar days of that payment, we will refund 100% of the amount you paid, in Indian Rupees (INR).
- No deductions. We do not deduct anything for work already started or delivered, advance or milestone amounts, GST, payment-gateway or bank charges, time spent, or third-party costs we billed to you.
- No cancellation fee, processing fee, restocking fee or penalty of any kind.
- No reason required. You do not have to explain or justify the request.
- No hidden conditions. The refund does not depend on returning, deleting or not using anything, on leaving a review, on accepting a credit note or voucher, or on signing anything.
- It applies to every service and package (website development, UI/UX design, video and ad creatives, social media management, digital advertising campaigns and website maintenance) and to each payment separately, including advance, milestone and final payments.
The only things we check are that the payment was made to Zenvorix and that the request comes from the person who paid (or their authorised representative). That check is for security. It is not a ground to refuse an in-time request.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@zenvorix.in with the subject “Refund Request” and include:
- your name and the email address or WhatsApp number you used with us;
- the date and amount of the payment, and the transaction reference (UTR / UPI reference / receipt number);
- the service or project name.
If you forgot a detail, send the request anyway. We will ask for what is missing, and the date of your first email is the date of your request. If you tried to email us within the 7 days but the message did not reach us, send us a screenshot or proof of the attempt and we will treat the request as made on time. Please never send OTPs, PINs, passwords or card security codes.
3. How the 7 days are counted
The 7 calendar days start on the date your payment is credited to Zenvorix, or the date you paid if that is later, as shown in the payment record. Your request is in time if you send it on or before 11:59 pm IST on the seventh calendar day after that date. Weekends and public holidays count as calendar days, so if the seventh day falls on one, you still have until the end of that day.
4. What we do after your request
- Acknowledgement: we will acknowledge your email within 2 business days.
- Verification: we confirm the payment and the requester, as described above.
- Initiation: we will initiate the refund within 7 calendar days of receiving your request (or, if we need payment-account details from you, within 7 calendar days of receiving them). We will email you the refund reference so that you can trace it.
5. Refund method and bank crediting time
We refund the full amount through the same payment method or account you paid from, wherever possible. If that is not possible (for example, the account is closed or the refund is returned), we will ask you for another bank account or UPI ID in the name of the person or business that made the payment.
Initiating a refund and the money appearing in your account are two different steps. Once we initiate the refund, the time it takes to reach you depends on your bank, UPI app or payment provider and can vary. We do not control that time, but we will help you trace the refund with the reference we give you.
6. What happens after a refund
A refund ends the engagement for the refunded payment. Work stops and any package benefits tied to that payment (for example, included hosting) end. Because the project was not paid for, ownership of drafts and deliverables stays with Zenvorix and the licence described in our Terms does not start; please do not publish or use them. This is a consequence of the refund, not a condition for receiving it. We keep only the records we are legally required to keep (such as invoices and payment records) and will handle other project data as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Cancelling after the 7-day window
After 7 calendar days from payment, the 100% no-deduction promise no longer applies automatically, but you can still cancel and you are still protected. We will not keep money for work we have not done, and we do not charge penalties. Subject to your rights under applicable law, and to any different written schedule that is more favourable to you:
- Work not yet started: we refund what you paid, less only third-party costs that we actually incurred with your approval, that cannot be recovered, and that were disclosed to you in writing before they were incurred. We show you proof of those costs.
- Work in progress: we refund the part of the price that relates to work not yet performed. We will give you a written statement of the work completed and any approved, unrecoverable third-party costs. We calculate this fairly against the agreed scope and milestones, not as a penalty.
- Work delivered and approved: the fee for that work is generally not refundable, except where the work does not match the agreed scope or is defective (see section 9) or where the law gives you another remedy.
- Recurring or period-based services: you may cancel future periods with written notice. We will not renew automatically. Fees for a period already delivered are not refundable, except as above.
We will send the written statement within 7 calendar days of your cancellation request and initiate any refund due within 7 calendar days of the statement being agreed or the amount being finally determined.
8. Third-party purchases
Money you pay directly to a third party (for example a domain registrar, an advertising platform, a stock-media site or a paid-tool vendor) is not paid to Zenvorix, so we cannot refund it, and the provider’s own terms apply. If we purchased something for you and billed you for it, that amount is covered by the 7-day promise in section 1. After 7 days, it is treated as described in section 7.
9. Defective or non-conforming work
Separately from the 7-day promise, if a delivered item does not match the agreed written scope or is defective, tell us with details. We will correct it at no extra charge within a reasonable time. If we cannot, you are entitled to a refund or price reduction proportionate to the deficiency. A change of preference or new requirement, outside the agreed scope, may be quoted separately. Nothing here limits your remedies under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.
10. Cancellation by Zenvorix
If we cancel or are unable to deliver for reasons within our control, we will refund everything you paid for work not performed. If we end a project because of unlawful instructions or your material breach, we refund the part of the price for work not performed, after a fair, documented amount for work already done. A payment made within the last 7 calendar days is always eligible for the full refund in section 1.
11. Duplicate or wrong payments
If you pay twice, pay the wrong amount, or pay by mistake, tell us. We will refund the excess or incorrect amount in full, whenever you notice it, and initiate it within 7 calendar days of confirming the payment.
12. Your legal rights
This policy adds to, and does not reduce, the rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 (where applicable), the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and other applicable law. If any project quotation, invoice or message conflicts with the 7-day promise, the promise prevails. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a refund, use our Grievance Redressal process.
