1. How our services work

1. Enquiry: you send an enquiry through the contact page, email or WhatsApp.
2. Written scope: we send a quotation or written confirmation. Package names and short descriptions on the website are summaries and do not by themselves define every deliverable.
3. Payment: work is scheduled when the agreed advance is received (see the Payment Policy).
4. Delivery and review: we deliver, you review, and we make agreed revisions.
5. Handover: after full payment of the relevant fees, we hand over final deliverables as described in the scope.

Where the written scope is silent on a point, we will not treat the silence against you. Correcting work that does not match the agreed scope is never charged as an extra.

2. Packages and pricing (INR)

Prices are one-time package fees in Indian Rupees. GST is extra where applicable. The launch prices below were published on 2 November 2026 and the launch offer is for a limited time; the price that applies to you is the one in your written quotation or shown when you pay. Struck-through “regular” prices on the pricing page show the earlier price.

For Social Media Management and Website Maintenance, the written scope states the service period covered by the fee (for example, a month) and the tasks included. A one-time package does not renew automatically; any renewal needs your written agreement and a fresh payment. For custom needs, ask for a custom quotation.

3. Website development, hosting and domains

Scope. Website Development covers designing and building a mobile-friendly website at the level of the chosen package (Portfolio / Landing Page, Business Website, or E-commerce / Custom Website) and publishing it. The written scope states the number of pages, features, integrations, content and the platform.

2 Years Free Hosting. Website Development packages include hosting for 24 months from the delivery or launch date recorded in the handover. It covers hosting only, on a third-party platform we select for the project and subject to that provider’s terms, limits and availability. It does not include domain registration or renewal, email hosting, paid plugins or themes, premium APIs, extra storage or bandwidth, upgrades, maintenance, content updates or recovery from a security incident, unless the scope says so in writing. We do not guarantee any uptime level. If the included hosting is refunded under our refund policy, the hosting benefit ends too.

Domains. A domain name is not included. Where possible it is registered in your name and account, and you are responsible for renewals and registrar security. If we buy a domain for you at your request, it is shown separately in the quotation.

After the hosting period. Before 24 months end, you need to arrange renewal or migration and pay any renewal charges; otherwise the provider may suspend or remove the site. We will help with migration if you ask, as separately quoted work unless the scope includes it.

4. UI/UX and website design

Covers design of pages, screens, layouts or a design system as per the package: single page or screen, multi-page website or app design, or a design system with custom layouts. Deliverables are design files or exports in the formats agreed in the scope. Design is not development; building a design into a working website or app is a separate service. Stock images, fonts and icons that need a licence are your cost unless included.

5. Video editing and ad creatives

Covers editing and finishing material you provide, or assets we agree to source, into promotional videos or ad creatives (short promo reel, branded edit with captions and transitions, or campaign ad creatives). The scope states duration, number of videos or creatives, aspect ratios, formats and revision rounds. You must have the right to use all footage, music, voice and brand material you supply. Licensed music or stock footage is chargeable separately unless included. Shooting, voice-over, actors and ad spend are not included unless stated.

6. Social media management

Covers content planning, content preparation, and content coordination and reporting for the channels and period stated in the scope. The scope states the number of posts or creatives, posting responsibilities, approval process, community-management duties and any reporting. Please give us role-based access, not your password, where the platform allows. You remain responsible for your accounts and for approving public statements. We do not guarantee follower growth, reach, engagement or sales.

7. Digital advertising campaigns

Covers planning and setting up campaigns, coordinating creatives, and, in the larger package, a performance review, on the platforms named in the scope. Advertising budgets, platform fees and taxes are paid by you directly to the advertising platform, preferably from your own account, and are not part of our fee. We do not guarantee impressions, clicks, leads, sales, ad approval or return on investment. Platforms may reject ads or change rules at any time.

8. Website maintenance

Covers routine maintenance, extended checks or comprehensive technical support, as per the package, for the service period in the scope. The scope lists the tasks, such as updates, backups, checks or fixes, and how requests are made. New features, redesigns and recovery after misuse or third-party failure are separate work unless included.

9. Timelines, revisions and delivery

• Timelines: stated in the written scope. They are estimates unless guaranteed in writing, and depend on timely content, feedback and access from you and on third-party services.
• Revisions: the number and type of revisions are stated in the scope. A revision is a reasonable adjustment to an agreed deliverable. A new direction, additional feature or change after approval may be quoted separately before we start.
• Review: please review deliverables and send specific feedback within the review period in the scope, or within 7 calendar days of delivery if none is stated. This does not remove any right you have under law.
• Delivery: by email, shared link or another channel agreed with you. Final files or website launch may be held until payments that have fallen due are received.

10. Your content and responsibilities

You provide accurate text, images, brand assets, access and approvals on time, and confirm you have the right to use them. You are responsible for the legality of your offers and claims. We do not give legal, tax or regulatory advice. Ownership of deliverables is covered in the Terms.

11. Third-party services

Hosting, domains, plugins, stock media, payment or messaging tools, advertising and social platforms are run by other companies under their own terms. We choose providers with reasonable care but do not control their availability, pricing or policy changes. Third-party costs are identified in the quotation wherever we can.

12. Refunds and cancellation

You may ask for a 100% full refund within 7 calendar days of payment, with no deductions or cancellation fee, by emailing support@zenvorix.in. Cancellations after 7 days are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
