Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you use this website or engage Zenvorix Studios.
1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of zenvorix.in and to services provided by Zenvorix Studios (“Zenvorix”, “we”, “us”), India, to you (“Client”, “you”). By using the website, requesting a quotation, approving a proposal, paying, or asking us to begin work, you accept these Terms together with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, Service Policy, Payment Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a contract and, if acting for a business, that you are authorised to bind it. Our services are intended for adults and businesses. If a written quotation or project document conflicts with these Terms, the quotation or project document prevails on scope, price and timeline. Nothing in any document reduces the refund promise in the Refund & Cancellation Policy or any right you have under law.
2. Services
We may offer: website development (landing pages, business websites, e-commerce or custom websites); UI/UX and website design; video editing and ad creatives; social media management; digital advertising campaign setup and coordination; website maintenance; and related digital services. Descriptions on our website are summaries. The exact deliverables, number of pages or assets, platform, content responsibilities, revisions, timeline, service period, price, taxes, payment schedule and exclusions are confirmed in a written quotation, proposal, invoice or message before work begins. Our Service Policy explains each service in detail. Availability depends on capacity and our written confirmation.
3. Pricing and taxes
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are starting package fees unless a quotation says otherwise. Launch-offer prices are for a limited time; the price that applies to you is the one in your accepted quotation or invoice, or the price shown when you paid, whichever you are shown first in writing. GST and other taxes are added where legally applicable and are shown on the invoice or payment request; do not assume a displayed price includes tax unless it says so. Work outside the agreed scope needs a separate written estimate and your approval before we start it.
4. Payments
Payment amounts, due dates, advance and milestones are stated in the accepted quotation or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, work is scheduled after the advance payment is received. Pay only to payment details that Zenvorix confirms in writing, and never share OTPs, PINs or passwords with anyone. We may pause work or withhold final files while an agreed payment is overdue, after telling you. Full details are in our Payment Policy.
5. Refunds and cancellation
You may request a 100% full refund within 7 calendar days of payment, with no deductions and no cancellation fee, by emailing support@zenvorix.in. We initiate approved refunds within 7 calendar days of the request. Bank crediting time may vary. Cancellations after 7 days are handled as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. A project-specific schedule may give you more, but never less, than that policy.
6. Client responsibilities
You agree to give accurate instructions, brand assets, text, images, access and approvals we reasonably need, on time; to own or have permission to use everything you give us; and to check names, prices, claims, contact details and legal notices before approving publication. Delays in content, feedback, access or third-party services may move the schedule; we will tell you about material delays. We may rely on approvals from your nominated contact.
7. Revisions, delivery and review
The number and type of revisions are stated in the written scope. A revision is a reasonable adjustment to an agreed deliverable; a new direction, replacement brief, added feature or change after approval may be additional work, quoted before we start it. Correcting something that does not match the agreed scope, or is defective, is not charged as a revision. Delivery dates are estimates unless a written agreement guarantees them. Please review deliverables promptly and report specific issues within the review period in the scope or, if none is stated, within 7 calendar days of delivery. This does not remove any right you have under law.
8. Hosting, domains and third-party services
Website Development packages advertised with “2 Years Free Hosting” include hosting for 24 months from the website delivery or launch date recorded at handover, as described in the Service Policy. Domain registration and renewal, email hosting, paid plugins, themes, stock assets, premium APIs, subscriptions, advertising spend and other third-party charges are not included unless stated in writing. Third-party platforms (hosting providers, registrars, advertising and social platforms) have their own terms, limits, outages and policy changes, which we do not control. Domains should be registered in your own name and account where practical, and you remain responsible for renewal. Before the included hosting period ends you must arrange renewal or migration, or the provider may suspend or remove the site.
9. Advertising and social media services
Advertising budgets, platform fees and taxes, influencer fees, media buying and third-party production costs are separate from our fees unless the written scope says otherwise; you should pay advertising platforms directly through your own account. We do not guarantee impressions, reach, clicks, leads, sales, ranking, follower growth, ad approval or return on investment, because these depend on platform algorithms, audience response, competition, budget, creative quality and other factors outside our control. For social media management, the scope states the service period, channels, content quantities, approval process and reporting. You remain responsible for your accounts and for approving public claims.
10. Intellectual property
Each party keeps what it owned before the project. When all fees due for a deliverable have been paid, we assign or license to you the rights in the final, specifically commissioned deliverables, to the extent stated in the written scope and allowed by law. Third-party fonts, stock assets, plugins, software and open-source components remain under their own licences and may not be transferable. Drafts, unused concepts, internal tools, reusable code, working methods and source files are not included unless the scope says so. A refunded payment does not carry any assignment or licence (see the Refund Policy). We will not use your name, logo or confidential material in our portfolio or case studies without your written permission. Demo concepts shown on our website are illustrative and are not client work. You grant us permission to use materials you provide only to deliver the services.
11. Confidentiality
Each party will protect non-public business information received from the other and use it only for the project, except where disclosure is required by law or to advisers and service providers who need it and are bound by suitable confidentiality duties. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Using this website
You may browse the website and send enquiries for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its database or the administrator area; interfere with its operation; submit false, abusive or unlawful content; or use automated means to overload it. The Google sign-in on the Account page is optional and is for identifying you to the website. Website content, design, logo and text belong to Zenvorix or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. We may restrict access to protect security.
13. Acceptable use of our services
You must not ask us to create, publish or distribute content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, discriminatory, malicious or intended to facilitate harm. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy and substantiation of your products, offers, advertising claims, privacy notices, terms and industry-specific disclosures. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting or regulatory advice.
14. Warranties and limitation of liability
We will perform agreed services with reasonable care and skill. Except for commitments expressly made in writing and rights that cannot be excluded by law, we do not promise a particular business outcome, uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms, or compatibility with every device and browser. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of anticipated profit, revenue, goodwill or data, and our total liability for a claim relating to a service is limited to the fees you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury, infringement of rights that cannot be waived, deficiency in service for which the law gives you a remedy, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
15. Suspension and termination
We may pause or end work for unlawful instructions, abusive conduct, material breach, security risk, or failure to provide essential inputs, and will give notice and a reasonable chance to fix the issue where practical. You may cancel at any time as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Any money owed after termination is limited to what is fair and permitted under that policy and the law.
16. Events outside our control
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, power or internet failure, government action, or outage of a third-party platform. We will tell you promptly and work with you on a revised plan or, if delivery is not possible, refund payments for work not performed.
17. Privacy, cookies and communications
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how personal data and browser storage are handled. By submitting an enquiry you agree that we may contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp about it. We send promotional messages only with your consent and give you a way to opt out.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. The version in force when you confirmed a project applies to that project unless both of us agree to a change. Updates do not take away rights that have already accrued.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please first raise any concern through our Grievance Redressal process so that we can try to resolve it in good faith. If it is not resolved, and subject to the rights below, the courts at Uttar Pradesh, India have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, you may approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission that has jurisdiction under that Act, including where you reside or work, and nothing in these Terms limits that right or any other right that cannot be excluded by contract.
20. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights without our written consent; we may use subcontractors and remain responsible for their work. Notices may be given by email to the address you gave us or to support@zenvorix.in.
